Undoubtably, there will always be robust contracts, protection, and project processes etc. However, Spark-PM believe that we can still think laterally.
We aim to blend varied backgrounds and consultancy experience into fully independent and goal-focused consultancy services.

Why are Spark-PM different?
The Spark-PM team is led by Vince Simpson. Having started his career as an Army Royal Engineer, later moving to commercial fit-out as an Assistant Site Manager, progressing to Contracts Manager. Vince then brought his delivery experience to consultancy services at Cushman & Wakefield and later as a Senior Director at CBRE.
Vince remains an active project manager and director and, due to his unique background, brings innovation and different thinking to Spark-PM and our projects.
Simple & effective
Despite best intentions, projects can often become over-complex. However, with the correct Direction, Momentum and Energy projects can and should also flow easily.
Harnessing years of varied military, design, contractor and consultancy experience allows Spark-PM to lead from the front and align the team for an enjoyable, quality outcome.
